With over 15 years of experience in community services, Samuel Majok has served in various roles, including church ministry, chaplaincy, youth work, and as a foster carer with the Department of Community Service (DOC). His dedication to the community was recognized when he received an award from the Minister of Multicultural Service for his outstanding contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic (2019-2021).

Reflecting on his years of service, Samuel stated:
"Through my experience, I have come to realize the significant need for support and care among individuals with disabilities. This understanding led me to establish Delightful Home Care Service, driven by my deep compassion for the disabled community. My team and I take great pride in offering personalized, client-centered, and high-quality care. We adhere to the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators to ensure exceptional outcomes for both our clients and our organization."
